Duotone Pro Center Tenerife is looking for a Front Desk Manager (long-term contract).

As the Front Desk Manager, you are the first point of contact for our customers in the center. You check in guests, handle payments and oversee everything to make sure things are running well and smoothly. This wide range of tasks makes the position very interesting. Oh! And of course, you also get to surf a lot at our amazing spot.

About DPC Tenerife
DPC Tenerife opened in 2018 as the world's first Duotone Pro Center. We offer a variety of watersports to our guests including both rental and lessons in surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, wing foiling, and e-foiling. The center is open all year round thanks to the mild and windy climate in Tenerife. Due to the great watersports conditions and flight connection (4 hours from Europe's mainland), guests from all over Europe are visiting the center. Our team includes friendly and energetic 15 staff members who take care of our lessons and rental service.

About El Medano
El Medano is a small town located on the island of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands of Spain. It is situated in the southern part of the island which is known for its excellent windsurfing, wing foiling, and kitesurfing conditions. El Medano has a population of around 10,000 people and is a popular destination for tourists, particularly for those interested in water sports. The town has a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere and is known for its friendly local community. It offers many restaurants, bars, and cafés as well as several supermarkets and shops for basic necessities. There is also a weekly market held on Sundays, where local farmers sell fresh produce and other goods. Overall, El Medano is a great destination for those looking for a relaxed and laid-back home, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and water sports.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Passionate for water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, foil background, and knowledge is essential).
• High customer focus and fluency in different languages.
• Good verbal and written expression in Spanish and English. Other languages are appreciated, especially French.
• Structured, responsible, and organized way of working.
• Good communication skills and service orientation.
• Energetic, fun but at the same time professional, and able to multitask in a very busy center thanks to your flexibility and resilience.
• Team player with initiative and organizational capacity.
• Intermediate MS Office skills including excel and word.
• Good social media skills and basic photo editing capabilities.
• Responsible and reliable in handling our team communication.
• Ability to work full time.
